If you were a Telexfree affiliate, then chances are that your money is still tied up inside of that company and you would very much want to know the latest happenings in the Telexfree brouhaha. This is why I decided, on second thoughts, to share the contents of an email, which I received days ago from the United States Bankruptcy Court, with you.
On the surface, it appears as if the issue of Telexfree has been long forgotten because no one seems to be talking about it any more, at least there's nothing in the news. However, this may be far from the truth because in the background, it appears as though the arms of justice have been moving steadily forward albeit slowly.
I have been receiving emails from both the FBI and the US Bankruptcy Courts over the past couple of months, but with my interest seriously waned in the whole Telexfree issue, I have not paid any attention to them. Few days ago, however, on the 12th of January, I received a letter of invitation via email to a 'Telexfree Creditors Meeting' from the US Bankruptcy Court. In my usual manner I ignored it, but on second thoughts, I decided to publish and share it just in case someone else who didn't get the email but who would be interested in attending sees it. Besides it would be interesting, since this is the first official meeting of affiliates called by the Court, to know what that summoned meeting would come up with as regards the fate of Telexfree affiliates. Everyone would surely want a part of their money invested into Telexfree back, even if it is not possible as it is to have all of it returned.

Why I published this
Like I noted above, I have been receiving emails from both the FBI and the US Bankruptcy Courts over the past couple of months, but have paid no attention to any of them. This time, however, and for the first time ever, former affiliates of the moribund Telexfree are being officially invited to a meeting on Telexfree Bankruptcy issues.I would want to encourage anyone who still has money trapped in Telexfree and who has the ability and/or capacity to go for this meeting, to attend. Even if you have no money trapped within, but have the interest, please still attend. In the end, I encourage us all to use the comments section below to update us on important issues deliberated on and decisions taken therein, especially if it is beneficial to us all.
